'I have been catering in the Cotswolds for the last 5 years or so and am focused on delivering dishes with big flavours, vibrant colours & generous portions. Having grown up in a big & social family, I started out cooking dinner parties in my early teens for family gatherings before training at The Cordon Bleu in London where I honed my techniques. I have a love for seasonal produce & foraging and am always keen to incorporate this ethos into my cookery to create unique memories for my customers. Whether it be grilling a fish I've caught just hours before or frying up some freshly picked chanterelles, I love to work with the freshest of ingredients sourced as locally as possible'
